AVE SPICES was founded on a simple belief: the world's best spices deserve the world's best care, from the moment they leave the soil to the moment they reach a chef's hand.
We source premium spices from the rich agricultural regions of Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh — land that has grown pepper, cardamom and chilli for generations. Every relationship with our farmers is direct, built over years, so we can trace each lot back to the estate it came from.
Today we serve distributors, food manufacturers, hotels and retailers across more than 20 Indian states — bringing authentic sourcing, hygienic processing and dependable supply to every shipment we send.
